1. All participants must have their pick(s) and units in by the start of the first game. This will ensure us an accurate count on exactly how many people we have and that we will not have to chase anyone down.
2. The pool cost is 20 units per pick.
3. Each participant must call or use the website to enter their pick every week by 8pm Saturday or the start of any games on Saturday. This pick is simply the one team you feel is going to win that week (no points). As long as the team you picked wins, you stay in the pool. (You do not have to pick the same team each week, but you can.)
4. To get your pick in please use the website. If you do not have access to the Internet you may get your pick to Keith's voicemail 401-663-2652. Save your confirmation e-mail, it is the only proof that will be accepted.
5. You may check the weekly totals and previous week’s results by going to the website. It will be updated by Sunday night every week. You also will be able to link directly to Keith's E-Mail.
6. All picks must be in no later than 8:00pm Saturday or kickoff if there is a Saturday game one week. Thursday games will not count towards deadline. If you fail to get your pick in on time, you will receive the Monday night home team. If you make a pick you may not change it once the games have started for the week. The 1st week we will take entries right up to the start of the 1st game on Sunday, you can choose a team from the Thursday games, but picks will be allowed up to 8pm Saturday.
7. When the games are over, just check to see if your team won. If it did then you advance to the next week. Your team must win, ties lose. If the team you picked does not win then you are eliminated.
8. Multiple entries are permitted.
9. The pool will continue for as long as there are people picking winners. The pool will go right up to the Superbowl if necessary. If more than one person is still alive at the end, then we will use total points for the Superbowl to determine the winner (New this year).
10. If everyone in one week picks loses, then everyone at the start of the week will still be alive.
11. If you forget to call in a pick during the season you will receive the home team of the last Monday night game (or the last game of the week). If you forget to call in during the playoffs you get the home team of the last game of the week. If you are stupid enough to forget to call in for the Superbowl you get the loser. Save you confirmation e-mail.
12. If you have someone else calling in your pick to the contact every week, that is your responsibility. We will not make any exceptions if that person did not call in on time. You are responsible to get your pick to us; if it doesn’t then that’s not our problem. Use the website yourself, it is the easiest way.
13. In the event you send a pick and we do not receive it (has never happened) you must have proof of your pick (confirmation e-mail only).
