Buttahweb.com was founded in 2000 by Keith Mackey. The name Buttah was created by Steve Alves during his time working with Keith at Papa Gino's™. The nickname Buttah was originally meant as Butter, but with the Boston accent became the infamous Buttah. Buttahweb.com was originally created as a simple site for the Season Long Pool, so the 15 participants could see the games, lines and results. It has now grown to 9 pools and over 400 participants each year. We have continued to grow each year and try to continously improve on the site. We greatly appreciate any feedback you have.
